Le principal travail de M\u00e8re Nature est la promotion de l\u2019inclusion, de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et des droits humains, notamment les droits en sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive, en faveur des minorit\u00e9s de sexe et de genre adeptes de religions traditionnelles au B\u00e9nin. L\u2019association travaille principalement avec les minorit\u00e9s de sexe et de genre, les personnes LGBTQ+, les adeptes de religions traditionnelles et\/ou endog\u00e8nes, et les jeunes issus de milieux vuln\u00e9rables appartenant \u00e0 ces communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019association \u0153uvre \u00e9galement pour la protection de la vie humaine, ainsi que pour la pr\u00e9servation de la nature v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et animale, en promouvant une approche respectueuse de l\u2019environnement et des savoirs traditionnels li\u00e9s \u00e0 la protection des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes. L\u2019association agit \u00e0 travers la sensibilisation, le plaidoyer, l\u2019accompagnement psychosocial, la documentation et le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s communautaires. L\u2019association M\u00e8re Nature n\u2019est pas encore officiellement enregistr\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des autorit\u00e9s administratives comp\u00e9tentes du B\u00e9nin. La proc\u00e9dure d\u2019enregistrement est en cours de pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Founded in Benin on the 25th of September 2020 by Ad\u00e9bola Codjo Akplongbe (the organisation&#8217;s President), Alain Hounkpatin, Ablavi Armandine Kouassi Aklomgbe and Sigilbert Zannou, Mother Nature Association&#8217;s work focuses on promoting inclusion, equality, and human rights, particularly sexual and reproductive health rights, for gender minorities who practice traditional religions in Benin. The organisation works primarily with young people from vulnerable backgrounds belonging to these communities, sexual and gender minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and followers of traditional and\/or indigenous religions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The organisation also works to protect human life and preserve plant and animal life by promoting an approach that respects the environment and traditional knowledge related to ecosystem protection. The organisation operates through awareness-raising, advocacy, psychosocial support, documentation, and community capacity building.<\/em> <em>The Mother Nature association is not yet officially registered with the competent administrative authorities of Benin. Elle aspire \u00e9galement \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 o\u00f9 la protection de la vie humaine et de l\u2019environnement (faune et flore) constitue un pilier fondamental du d\u00e9veloppement durable et communautaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Mother Nature&#8217;s vision is to build an inclusive, equitable, and diversity-respecting Beninese society where sexual and gender minorities, living their identities within cultural and religious traditions, can flourish freely, with dignity, and without discrimination. Elle int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement dans sa mission la promotion de la protection de la vie humaine, de la nature v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et animale, en lien avec les valeurs culturelles et spirituelles endog\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Mother Nature&#8217;s mission is to promote the human rights, health, dignity, and mental well-being of sexual and gender minorities who adhere to traditional and\/or indigenous religions in Benin, through awareness-raising, advocacy, community support, and capacity building. de discrimination, de violence et d\u2019exclusion ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offrir un espace s\u00fbr d\u2019\u00e9coute, de dialogue et d\u2019accompagnement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre mental et l\u2019expression artistique comme outils de r\u00e9silience ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documenter et valoriser les exp\u00e9riences des communaut\u00e9s concern\u00e9es
