Son action s&#8217;\u00e9tend \u00e9galement aux communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es au sens large, aux d\u00e9fenseurs des droits humains et aux professionnels ou institutions qui souhaitent cr\u00e9er des environnements plus s\u00fbrs et inclusifs. RekonekT axe ses actions sur le soutien communautaire, l&#8217;accompagnement psychosocial, la gestion de crise, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 communautaire, la recherche participative, le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;espaces inclusifs et valorisants pour les personnes TGNC et les autres communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es de Maurice. En bref, l&#8217;organisation a pour vocation premi\u00e8re le soin et l&#8217;accompagnement. RekonekT a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e en octobre 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Founded in Mauritius in 2020 by Caroline Fitz-Gibbon, Anjeelee Kaur Beegun, Didier Marcel, Val\u00e9rie Uppiah, Patricia Madar Saib, Elodie Navette, Emmanuel Calisse, Bhavish Chamroo and Gael Henriette-Bolli, RekonekT primarily works with trans and gender non-conforming (TGNC) persons, with a particular focus on young TGNC individuals. Their work also extends to broader marginalised communities, Human Rights Defenders (HRDs), and professionals or institutions seeking to build safer and more inclusive environments. RekonekT focuses on community support, psychosocial accompaniment, crisis response, community safety, participatory research, capacity strengthening, and the creation of inclusive and affirming spaces for TGNC persons and other marginalised communities in Mauritius. In short, the organisation&#8217;s main focus is care. communautaires, un accompagnement psychosocial, des approches participatives, l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et des m\u00e9thodologies d\u00e9coloniales centr\u00e9es sur les exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues et
