L\u2019objectif de leur travail est de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s inclusif aux soins de sant\u00e9 pour les personnes trans et intersexu\u00e9es, ainsi que pour les autres minorit\u00e9s sexuelles et de genre. L&rsquo;association n&rsquo;est pas encore enregistr\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Founded on 3 December 2024, Sant\u00e9 Lisungi\/ASBL is an LGBTQIA+ advocacy organisation in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), with trans and intersex advocacy as their main priority. The focus of their work is to facilitate inclusive access to healthcare for trans and intersex people, as well as other sexual and gender minorities. Mission \/ Mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie des minorit\u00e9s sexuelles et de genre en favorisant un acc\u00e8s inclusif aux soins de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>To contribute to improving the quality of life of sexual and gender minorities by promoting inclusive access to healthcare.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs de l\u2019organisation \/ Organisational Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019association poursuit notamment les objectifs ci-dessous :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promouvoir la sant\u00e9 et le bien \u00eatre, l\u2019inclusion et l\u2019acc\u00e8s facile \u00e0 une prise en charge m\u00e9dicale holistique de qualit\u00e9 dans un environnement inclusif et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensibiliser les minorit\u00e9s sexuelles et de genre sur la sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive en leur donnant des bonnes informations relatives aux diff\u00e9rentes pathologies qui touchent \u00e0 leur sexualit\u00e9 pour un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable aux soins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer les comp\u00e9tences des professionnels de sant\u00e9 de la structure et des alli\u00e9s sur les notions de genre et prise en charge th\u00e9rapeutique juste, \u00e9quitable et inclusive pour mettre fin \u00e0 la discrimination, stigmatisation, marginalisation, et toutes autres formes de violences bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019orientation sexuelle, identit\u00e9 de genre, expression de genre, couleur de peau, handicap physique, \u00e9tat serologique, taille, age, maladie chronique dans le milieu hospitalier ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aider la cible \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 positive et universelle ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9velopper le partenariat entre les acteurs nationaux et internationaux en vue de briser certains pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s sociaux dans le milieu sanitaire li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat s\u00e9rologique, \u00e0 l\u2019orientation sexuelle, \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 du genre, \u00e0 l\u2019handicap physique, \u00e0 la couleur de peau, \u00e0 la taille, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, \u00e0 la maladie chronique;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conscientiser les d\u00e9cideurs politiques sur l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;avoir une approche de sant\u00e9 inclusive qui prend en compte les minorit\u00e9s sexuelles et de genre, ainsi que d\u2019autres personnes issues de groupes minoritaires dans les diff\u00e9rents programmes du d\u00e9veloppement de pays et plaider en faveur des actions concr\u00e8tes ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0152uvrer en faveur d&rsquo;une participation quantitative et qualitative aux manifestations et forums internationaux promouvant l&rsquo;inclusion et la diversit\u00e9, le genre et l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances pour tous ; et, a long terme, \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>construire des h\u00f4pitaux propres \u00e0 la structure dans toutes les provinces de la RD Congo en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et en particulier \u00e0 Kinshasa au service de nos cibles;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assurer le suivi des malades, permettant la continuit\u00e9 de la prise en charge;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contribuer dans la r\u00e9duction des violences sexuelles et bas\u00e9es sur le genre ainsi que de leurs cons\u00e9quences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The association&rsquo;s objectives include:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Promoting health and well-being, inclusion, and easy access to quality holistic medical care in an inclusive and safe environment; <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Raising awareness among sexual and gender minorities about sexual and reproductive health by providing them with accurate information on the various pathologies that affect their sexuality, ensuring equitable access to care;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Strengthen the skills of the organisation&rsquo;s healthcare professionals and allies on the concepts of gender and fair, equitable, and inclusive therapeutic care to end discrimination, stigmatisation, marginalisation, and all other forms of violence based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, skin colour, physical disability, HIV status, height, age, and chronic illness in the hospital setting;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Help the target population access positive and universal healthcare;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Develop partnerships between national and international stakeholders to break down certain social prejudices in the healthcare setting related to HIV status, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical disability, skin colour, height, age, and chronic illness;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Raise awareness among policymakers about the importance of an inclusive health approach that takes into account sexual and gender minorities, as well as other people from minority groups, in various country development programmes and advocate for concrete actions;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Work towards quantitative and qualitative participation in international events and forums promoting inclusion and diversity, gender, and equal opportunities for all; and,<\/em> <em>in the long term<\/em>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>build hospitals of this structure in all provinces of the DRC in general, and in Kinshasa in particular, to serve our targets<\/em>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>ensure patient follow-up, enabling continuity of care<\/em>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>contribute to reducing sexual and gender-based violence and its consequences.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
