RITAC et WATF sont partenaires de mise en \u0153uvre de plusieurs projets en Afrique de l&#8217;Ouest et en Afrique Centrale. RITAC est une association qui compte 22 membres en Afrique Centrale, dont 10 organisations et 12 militants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Formed in 2019 by member organisations of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/transintersexhistory.africa\/2017-founding-of-the-west-african-trans-forum-watf\/\">West African Trans Forum (WATF)<\/a><\/strong> and other organisations, the Independent Trans Networks of Central Africa (RITAC \u2014 <strong>R\u00e9seau Ind\u00e9pendant des Trans d&#8217;Afrique Centrale<\/strong>), based in Yaound\u00e9, Cameroon, envisions a Central Africa where trans identity is recognised and freely experienced. RITAC and WATF are implementing partners in several projects across West and Central Africa. RITAC is an association which has 22 members across Central Africa, including 10 organisations and 12 activists.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img travail \/ <em>Areas of Work<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RITAC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contribue \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des personnes trans par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire de ses associations membres (AM) en Afrique centrale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforce le leadership et la structuration des associations membres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promouvoir le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des responsables d&#8217;organisations trans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documenter les violences faites aux personnes trans en Afrique centrale par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire de ses associations membres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accorder des mini-subventions aux associations membres pour la mise en \u0153uvre d&#8217;actions en faveur des personnes trans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>contributes to improving the living conditions of trans people through its Member Associations (MA) in Central Africa<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>strengthens the leadership and structuring of Member Associations<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>carries out capacity building for leaders of trans organisations<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>documents the violence against trans people in Central Africa through Member Associations<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>provides grant mini-grants to Member Associations for the implementation of actions in favour of trans people.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
