It is a gender non-conforming-led organisation committed to advancing social and economic justice for rural-urban transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming persons within Eldoret and Uasin Gishu in Kenya. Rooted in lived experience and community power, TransHuman Organization works to dismantle systemic barriers, challenge discrimination, and create pathways to equity through advocacy, education, and direct support. At the heart of their work is a deep commitment to centering the voices and leadership of those most impacted by injustice. The organisation believes that true liberation is only possible when transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming persons are empowered to lead, shape policy, and access the resources they need to live full, autonomous lives. Through community organising, coalition building, and strategic advocacy, the organisation strives to create lasting change that uplifts our communities and reimagines a more just and inclusive future for all. They have applied for registration and are still awaiting the outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure
